About the Journal

Journal of Happiness and Health (JOHAH) is an international and multidisciplinary peer-reviewed journal, the aim of which is to become the main platform for sharing advancements in relation to the nexus between various aspects of wellbeing and health. The JOHAH, which is published two times a year, is an open-access that publishes research outcomes with significant contributions to the understanding and improvement of happiness and also includes the study of constructs and processes related to optimal psychological functioning, such as meaning in life, character strengths, resilience, optimism, and hope. The JOHAH publishes research regarding the happiness and health of populations across the life span.

Editorial Board

Journal of Happiness and Health brings together leading work in wellbeing and health undertaken by researchers across different sub-disciplines within psychology (e.g., social, education, and developmental), as well as across other social and behavioral disciplines (e.g., sociology, family studies, and medicine). Topics appropriate for the JOHAH include original research on both the hedonic and eudaimonic perspectives characterizing well-being and human strengths and virtues, as well as applications to psychotherapy and counseling.
